The Master Facilitation Workshop builds on the experience you gained during the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop. In the Basic Workshop, you were introduced to two powerful Balance processes and the 4-step process used to facilitate a PSYCH-K® session. In the Master Facilitation Workshop, you will deepen these skills and further develop your qualities as a Facilitator—learning to, in a way, “dance with the Balances”.

During the workshop, you will guide short sessions and receive focused, constructive feedback that you can apply right away. These sessions are not only valuable for your professional development, but they also help you clearly communicate your PSYCH-K® story with your Partners. In addition, we often see participants take a significant step forward in their personal growth journey.

In this workshop, you will learn, among other things, the technique of Surrogation and how to work with the PSYCH-K® Messages Protocol. You will also explore your ideal client group through the Ideal Partner Avatar exercise. You’ll craft a powerful Core Connection Statement that helps you authentically attract the people you most want to work with.

Prerequisite: You have completed the PSYCH-K® Basic Workshop and have actively practiced with the Balances for at least one month afterward, ensuring you are confident in using them.

This workshop is essential for anyone who works—or wants to work—professionally with PSYCH-K®. The 4-step process offers a fundamentally different approach compared to many other methods. It is also a valuable deepening for those who want to work more effectively with themselves.

What do you learn during the workshop?

The focus of this workshop is on strengthening your professionalism as a PSYCH-K® Facilitator. During three practice rounds, you will guide sessions and receive targeted feedback. You can immediately apply this feedback when you are in the role of Partner yourself.

In this workshop, you will learn to navigate a wide range of challenges and opportunities, such as:

  • Facilitating through different media
You will experience what it’s like to guide sessions in person, via video call, and using audio only (regardless of whether you plan to use these formats outside the workshop). This helps you become even more precise and specific in your explanations and facilitation. When facilitating video and audio sessions, you will use the technique of Surrogation.
  • Surrogation
This technique is used when facilitating online or when muscle testing is not possible—for example, when your Partner is in a state of panic. It allows you to perform muscle testing on behalf of your Partner. Surrogation shares similarities with acting as a representative in a constellation, but it is always carried out within the standard PSYCH-K® safety protocol.
  • Working with different types of Partners
You will practice with Partners who are unfamiliar with PSYCH-K®, have no experience with muscle testing, or may be skeptical. This gives you the opportunity to refine your explanation of PSYCH-K® and to learn how to navigate a variety of situations.
  • The Messages Protocol
The circumstances we encounter in life often carry valuable messages. During the workshop, you will learn how to apply the PSYCH-K® Messages Protocol to uncover these messages and balance with them.
  • Ideal Partner Avatar (IPA)
In this exercise, you explore the target group you would like to work with professionally—or are already working with. We’ll dive deeper into this audience and engage in an imagined conversation with them. Throughout this process, beliefs may surface that you will then balance.
  • Core Connection Statement
You will craft a powerful and compelling sentence in which you explore and express who your ideal audience is and why you are the right Facilitator for them. This statement helps you clarify your unique strengths and how you connect with your ideal clients.

From a participant

‘If you want to work with PSYCH-K®, the Master Facilitation Workshop is truly indispensable. After the Basic Workshop, I quickly realised that I had no idea how to structure a session, what to be aware of, what obstacles I might encounter, and how to respond to them effectively and professionally. Now, I’ve learned all of that in four intensive, jam-packed, and incredibly educational days. I finally feel confident enough to start working.’ – Karin Bosveld, coach/trainer
