Martijn Lemmens

With 30 years of experience at the intersection of IT and marketing, I’ve grown from a specialist into a leader and coach. My career began with technical expertise, but my focus quickly shifted toward mentoring, storytelling, and building high-performing teams.

Personal development has always played a major role in my life. Alongside my work as a project and program manager, I explored NLP, Transactional Analysis, Systemic Work, and other coaching techniques. In 2014, I discovered PSYCH-K®, a method that helped me transform deeply and repeatedly push past my own limits - ultimately leading to a director position at EY.

This growth led to an important realization: my true passion lies in helping others toward the best version of themselves, so they can experience greater fulfilment and joy in both work and life. As a PSYCH-K® Facilitator and Certified Instructor, I help people transform limitations and tap into their full potential.
