If you want to work professionally with PSYCH-K® in your own practice, you can apply to be included in De Werff’s Network of Recommended Facilitators. At a minimum, you must have completed the following workshops: the Basic Workshop, the Advanced Integration Workshop, and the Master Facilitation Workshop.

This page provides an overview of:

  • the requirements you need to meet;
  • the expectations you may have;
  • the expectations De Werff has;
  • and how you can register as a Recommended Facilitator.

Requirements

  • You have completed at least the following PSYCH-K® workshops: Basic Workshop, Master Facilitation Workshop, and Advanced Integration Workshop.
  • You work professionally with PSYCH-K® in your own practice or within an established practice.
  • You have an independent complaints procedure in place through a professional association or another channel. This procedure must be clearly accessible to your clients on your website. If you don’t have a complaints procedure, de Werff can provide an example.

  • You offer PSYCH-K® with integrity. This means that when someone comes to you specifically for PSYCH-K®, you provide PSYCH-K®—nothing else.
  • You do not mix PSYCH-K® with other methods.
  • You repeat at least one PSYCH-K® workshop (Basic, Advanced, or MFW) every two years (with de Werff).
  • You actively participate in the MFW Supervision Meetings for your own growth and share at least one case study per year.

  • You have a website and/or other platforms where your offerings, including PSYCH-K®, are clearly presented.
  • You receive a profile page (example) on De Werff’s website.
  • You are responsible for providing the content for your profile page and for informing us of any updates or changes.
  • Any links from De Werff’s website to yours must lead to pages specifically about PSYCH-K®.
  • De Werff links to your website, and you link to De Werff. Together with all Network Facilitators, we promote PSYCH-K®, both for sessions and for the workshop.
  • You display the De Werff Recommended Facilitator Network logo prominently on your website (e.g., homepage, footer, etc.), with a link to your profile page on De Werff’s website.
  • If you are also an Introductory Session Facilitator, you may place the De Werff Introductory Session and Recommended Facilitator logo on your website.
  • We will record a video together for your profile page.
  • De Werff invests in monthly reels, and you can opt in to participate and further promote your practice.
  • If you have suggestions for improving the profiles, overviews, or anything else, we are of course open to them.

If you organize local activities or participate in festivals, and the timing allows, we are happy to support you. Examples are: giving talks at community centers or festivals/fairs where you have a booth, featuring your activity in the Werff newsletter.

Requests for coaching and PSYCH-K® sessions are referred by De Werff to the Network of Recommended Facilitators.

  • You pay a one-time administration fee of €75 (excl. VAT) for setting up your profile, recording your video, and handling administrative tasks.
  • You pay an annual fee of €100 (excl. VAT)

Register for the De Werff Network of Recommended Facilitators

Once you meet the requirements of the Network of Recommended Facilitators, you can apply. The process involves several steps:

  1. You register using the form on this page. We will check whether your submission is complete and meets the criteria.
  2. We will ask you to provide the content for your profile. You’ll receive an initial checklist of what’s needed.
  3. You update your own website accordingly (for example, by adding the Recommended Facilitator logo).
  4. Together, we’ll record the video for your profile.
  5. We will create your profile on De Werff’s website.

  • Profiel photo (800 x 800 pixels)

  • Social Media links (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Your three core values (with a brief description for each)
  • Address, mobile number, and website
