Ken van de Poel

Hi, my name is Ken (1992).

To me, everything goes in the tempo it is supposed to go. Your process will completely be in your own tempo. Big steps, small steps, want to stand still for a moment? That’s all fine. I have the calm within me to follow your tempo.

People often tell me they feel at ease with me and because of my open, honest and empathetic approach, people feel seen and taken serious. With this I easily create a connection with others so they can feel safe during the process. This doesn’t mean everything has to serious all of the time. A conversation can easily shift between a serious topic, having a laugh in between and then back to the topic again. With a healthy dose of humor and an “everything is allowed to be there” attitude, conversations often feel more like talking to a friend at the kitchen table.

PSYCH-K® has taught me that not everything has to be difficult. When you bring your problems back to the core of it, you’ll see that the answer will lie in simplicity, rather than in difficulty.

My core values

Love

I trust in the Love, the goodness of humanity and the flow of the universe (which is a great goal statement). I believe that every person is, at their very core, Love, which means that every person is good in and of themselves and has a value. With PSYCH-K® we can transform the layers that we have put over that core of Love as a defence, so we can start living as Love, with Love for ourselves, with others and the world around us.

Direction

In a world where people are desperately grasping for control – for their jobs, relations, life – I’ve noticed that what people actually need, is direction. The difference is that with control, you try to hold on to all the strings, like a puppeteer that needs 6 hands, and you are trying to direct them all. When you have your own direction, you’ll know which strings are actually important to you, which are your responsibility. If you only have those strings left, life will feel more like your own. Then the question will change from “What do I have to do?” to the question “What do I want to do?” Then you will take direction over your own life by creating the life you actually want, in stead of trying to control that which comes your way.

Your own wisdom

As a person and a Facilitator, I will always rely on everyone’s own wisdom. You already have the answers within you, you have the power and wisdom to do and create like you want to. I will gladly help you find your own wisdom.
