PSYCH-K is an amazingly simple process to transform limiting beliefs and stress. If you believe that you are lousy at math, then chances are that when you see a math problem you will say: “Oh, that I cannot do.” The filter of your perception turns to dark, your shutters go down and the information does not reach your brain. We all have areas in our life in which this happens, like repairing the dishwasher, self-confidence, intimate relations, losing weight.
With a process of 5 minutes you can change a deep-rooted belief “I am bad at math” into “I am good in math.” Doing this process will enable you to keep your shutters up when you are presented with a math problem. So now you can listen and process the information that is offered to you. The process helps you to open your potential. It is up to you to practice and absorb all the information that before, for whatever reason, did not register with you.
Doing the process ensures that your shutters remain open at the moment that mathematics is offered, so that you understand this. The process sets your potential right again. Of course, it is up to you to start practicing and to absorb all the information that has been erased on the shutters.
Stress is tackled with the same processes. Deep-rooted fears and traumas are easy to address. In my practice and workshops, I have had clients who have freed themselves in five minutes from their years of fear, for example, of the elevator.
